Shipping policy

Processing time

All of our products are made to order. This means we produce your item after you place an order.

Printing: 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping within the USA

Delivery: 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from placing your order, including production.

Free shipping: All orders with 3+ items ship free.

Orders under 3 items: US shipping is a flat $4.95 per order, even if your items arrive in separate packages.

Multiple items

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages, depending on the product type and fulfillment location. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or replacements for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Packages returned due to an address error are sent back to our print-on-demand facility and cannot be recovered or reshipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first — sometimes carriers leave it nearby. 

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us at jan@deetwentees.com and we’ll make it right.

Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we’re not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
