Processing time

All of our products are made to order. This means we produce your item after you place an order.

Production time: Usually 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping within the USA

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after production.

Free shipping: All orders with 3+ shirts ship free.

Orders under 3 shirts: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Multiple items

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages, depending on the product type and fulfillment location. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once we receive the correct info, but you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first — sometimes carriers leave it nearby. 

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us at jan@deetwentees.com and we’ll make it right.

Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we’re not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
