Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Heads-up (Print-on-Demand): Most items are made to order. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before buying to avoid unnecessary returns.

How to start a return

Email us at jan@deetwentees.com with your order number and photos (if there’s an issue).
Once approved, we’ll share instructions for sending your item to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Who pays return shipping?

  • Our mistake / product issue (defective, damaged, printing error, wrong item sent):
    We cover it. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or send a free replacement—your choice.

  • Change of mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item:
    You cover return shipping to the Netherlands. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

We don’t charge a restocking fee.


Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right quickly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalized items (made to your specifications) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • We also cannot accept returns of gift cards or sale items (unless defective).
    If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest route is to return the original (per the rules above) and place a new order.


European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
Unless we made a mistake, you are responsible for the return shipping costs for this statutory withdrawal.

To exercise this right, email jan@deetwentees.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll share the return instructions.


Refunds

We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return and whether the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
